It is the area between Kızılada on the east side, Kiseli Ada on the west, and the land to the north of them. Between the northern capes of both islands and the land is shallow, providing difficult passage. Although there is a narrow passage with 2 meters depth north of Kiseli Ada, it is definitely not recommended for those unfamiliar with it.
North of Kızılada on the east side, there are two sand islands 200 meters offshore and a sand bank extending to the shore. For this reason, vessels navigating from the north of Kızılada are recommended to pass through the channel that provides 4 meters depth clearance from 30 meters close to the cape.
