Urla is Truly Special

Dear Sea Lovers,

This week we were in Urla. We captured different views of the town for you.

Its uniquely beautiful harbor, the solidarity between Fishermen and Sailors.

Art activities at Urla pier;

Hakan Aysev Art Center, Painting and Ceramics Workshops.

Finally today, we filmed the traditional Poseidon Sea Festival.

We witnessed the solidarity of seafarers with their women, men, and children.

All vessels sailed through the waves in Urla waters in winds blowing at 22-27 knots.

Then they came alongside the quay, combined the dishes prepared by the women sailors with glasses and turned into joy in the Urla breeze.

We filmed the entire flow of the Poseidon festival as a video for you.
