It is the cove immediately north of Kuyulu Burnu. The cove entrance opens to the east. It is sheltered from the meltemi and the north.
It is a very beautiful cove where you can anchor either with a stern line or stern-to shore. It has a distinctive structure. Surrounded by pine trees, in the cove, rocks emerge from between like mushrooms, forming hills. In the middle of the cove there is a small promontory extending to the east. The promontory divides the cove in two.
In the section south of the promontory, boats generally drop anchor at 10-14 meters and stay with a stern line. If desired, a line is taken ashore to the southern slope.
There are ideal trails for walking among the forests. Further on, one first climbs to the hills, then passes over the ridges of other coves. In fact, one branch goes all the way to the Marmaris-Datça highway.
The section remaining north of the promontory is an area covered with dense pine trees. Boats staying overnight here drop anchor at 10-15 meters on weed and sand bottom and take lines ashore.
It is a peaceful location. This cove and the next cove, İnbükü Cove, are under the protection of the Ministry of Forestry.
