Main Breakwater Head: F.R
A spacious and well-organized harbor located in front of Esenköy town. The harbor is integrated with the town facilities. When approaching, note that an above-water rock with 0.5 meters depth lies 100-150 meters off the beach at the harbor entrance. This rock does not obstruct the entrance, and the surrounding waters are deep. However, it is advisable to keep close to the breakwater during approach.
This harbor serves as a regular stop for passenger ferries, particularly during summer months. It provides all-round shelter from weather conditions. Water depth is 5 meters at the entrance, 3 meters at the town-side quay, and 4 meters at the head of the breakwater. Vessels should berth considering the designated areas and maneuvering space required by passenger ferries.
