Kuzu Limanı is a large commercial port located east of Kaşkaval Point on the northeastern coast of Gökçeada.
The port features long quays where large vessels berth. Yachts can lie stern-to or bow-to the quay, or anchor and take lines ashore.
The harbor is administered by the Port Authority (Contact: +90 286-887 31 35). A Coast Guard station and a Ministry of Health ambulance boat are stationed at the port. The harbor provides excellent shelter in all weather conditions.
This is the main transportation hub for Gökçeada, handling all ferry services. Regular fast ferry services operate between Çanakkale-Gökçeada, and frequent Gökçeada-Kabatepe ferry connections depart from here.
There is no settlement at the port itself, though a kiosk is available near the pier. The port is 8 kilometers by road from Gökçeada town center, with municipal bus services timed to meet ferry arrivals. These buses connect to other settlements throughout the island.
Taxi services and car rentals are available. Fuel is delivered by tanker.
Gökçeada is Turkey's largest island. A private airline operates regular flights to the island.
The island offers numerous attractions for visitors, including coastal and hilltop villages scattered throughout. The town center provides comprehensive facilities for shopping, healthcare, and transportation needs.
