Commissioned in 2003, the marina has 450 sea berths and 150 land parking spaces, located within Turgutreis town, 20 km from Bodrum and 50 km by road from Bodrum Milas airport.

It is a marina with very extensive facilities and also serves mega yachts.

Boats are provided with water and electricity (220/380 Volt-50 Hz-16-32-63-125 Amp). There are showers, toilets (including for disabled persons), laundry, and dishwashing facilities in different locations throughout the marina.

Storage facilities of various sizes, open and covered parking areas are available for yachtsmen.

The marina has customs.

There is also the possibility of obtaining bonded and non-bonded fuel from the fuel station located within the marina. This station also has a mini market.

The marina also provides diving services, and diving cylinders are filled.

Security is provided by both watchtowers and closed-circuit camera systems. It has fire warning and intervention capabilities.

In terms of medical facilities, there is a first aid center, doctor, and ambulance.

All types of solid and liquid waste collection vehicles and units are available.

The marina has a swimming pool, fitness center, sauna, tennis court, beach volleyball court, amphitheater, and open-air cinema.

In the social areas of the marina, which has a very extensive social space, there are restaurants, cafes, shopping stores, marine supply stores, charter and travel agencies, rent a car, yacht brokers and insurance companies, banks and ATMs.

In the haul-out area, a 100-ton Travel Lift and 40-ton Trailer serve yachts. There are also indoor maintenance and repair areas.

In this area, there are many workshops providing service for all technical operations.

Since the marina is located within Turgutreis town, it also has access to the town's facilities.
