
It is the cove on the north side of Delikli Burun, northwest of Gemiler Island. There is a hole at the tip of this cape. Its name comes from this.
Inside the cove, anchor at 6-9 meters on sandy bottom and stay either at open anchorage or with a line ashore to the southern coast. In some places there are slab stones on the bottom.
The cove becomes very crowded especially during the summer months when the tourism season is busy. Behind the wide beach, there are picnic areas under the olive trees. Small tour boats also anchor in the cove where there are 2 restaurants and a water sports center.
The cove is 5.5 kilometers away from Kaya Village. From the same road, two different routes of 15 and 25 kilometers connect to Fethiye. There are regular minibuses and taxis available. From the cove, the Afkule Historic church ruins can be reached with a 15-20 minute walk. From this high point, the magnificent view of Fethiye Bay lies beneath your feet.
The cove is a point with heavy sea traffic. Especially speedboats give little peace until sunset.
