It is located to the west of Karacaören Island, which has ruins from the Byzantine period.
At the entrance of the bay, there are above-water rocks and underwater rocks in their extension. The safest entry is to enter by centering the passages on both sides of Karacaören Island.
Even though these rocks are visible and there are sufficient depths for passage in some places, the safest way is to enter through the channels close to the island.
The bay is generally in the middle of an area exposed to southwesterly winds. However, the bay is the least affected place by the southwesterly wind. Anchor is dropped at 10-15 meters on the sandy bottom of the bay, and lines are taken to shore from both sides.
The southern slope is not high, and the sea can be seen from behind in some places.
In this unique, sheltered bay, your boat stands as if in open waters.
The sea is very clean. There is a restaurant at the end of the bay. The pontoons belonging to the restaurant are located in this area. You can walk to the hills above the restaurant and see the bay and open waters.
You will witness the heavy yacht traffic behind the bay from every point.
There is also a water sports center belonging to the restaurant inside the bay.
