On the southwest of Sıçak peninsula, it is half a mile away from Akar strait.
The cove enters narrowing towards the west. It forms almost a fjord-like structure among high rocky hills.
The bottom is sand. The depth, which is 25 meters in the middle, decreases towards the bottom. In places where the depth falls below 8 meters, it is absolutely necessary to take arms from the rocks. In this narrow cove, there is almost no swing distance for the vessel in these positions.
The rocks are very sharp and if we are going to spend the night, it is beneficial to place chains on the parts where the arm lines are tied to the rocks.
If going stern-to at the very end of the cove, it is necessary to approach with the lead line from the entrance.
There is no maneuvering area. This is one of the rare coves where the water is so clear and colorful. It is exposed to Poyraz (northeasterly wind). When the weather is bad outside, it gets light gusts.
It is a stopover point for tour boats operating between Kaş-Kekova. But at night, know that this cove is yours..
