It is the bay on the northwest side of Alibey Island, on the eastern side of Maden Island.
Entry to the bay is from the west and attention must be paid to Semizhoroz Shoal and its extensive debris between Maden Island and Yellice Island.(
Maden Strait between Maden Island and Alibey Island is too shallow for yachts. Depth drops to half a meter.)
The bay bottom is silty and has very little sand. Anchor holds poorly.
Depths are shallow towards the center of the bay. Then it becomes quite shallow with a gentle slope towards the beach.
Anchor in 3-6 meters before reaching the shallow part. Water is cool. It is a calm bay, there is no settlement except for one or two huts. It can receive squalls from the east.
Behind the shore on the eastern side of the bay is Patriça Bay, which is within walking distance. From this bay there is a footpath connecting to the center of Alibey Island
