Alibey - Cunda Island Port

ALİBEY ISLAND HARBOR

It is located to the northwest of Ayvalık Port, south of Alibey Island.

 It is in front of Alibey central settlement. Depths in the harbor range between 2-3 meters. 

The harbor is generally full of local boats, commercial and fishing vessels.

The harbor is operated by the aquatic products cooperative.(Contact;0266-327 25 39) 

There are 15 berths for visiting yachts. The harbor has shower-wc facilities and a slipway area that performs hauling and launching. Vessels up to 25 meters in length can be hauled.

In this harbor where sewage discharge can also be performed, fuel is brought by tanker, and it contains a Coast Guard station.

Cunda is a very beautiful settlement bearing historical traces. At the location of the harbor, there are restaurants, cafes, bars and tea gardens. There are large shopping centers, pharmacies and health center.

The location where the harbor is situated is 7 kilometers by road from Ayvalık town and there are frequent minibus and bus connections. 

Sea motor services are also operated from the pier next to the harbor to Ayvalık pier.

A local market is set up on the island on Saturdays.
