Deniz Yıldızı Koyu lies on the northern shores of Gulf of Sığacık. It indents to the North with a bight westward where there is a Beach Club with finger pier. There is land transport connection from here.

The bottom is weed and sand. Boats anchor off in 4 – 5 meters on sand bottom. It is a safe anchorage except in southerlies.

There are ruins ashore from the ancient period.
