In this section, we will cover the anchorable locations and sheltered bays between Şildanlar Cape(36°12'4"N - 30°24'1"E) in the west and Gazipaşa(36°15'49.56" N - 32°16'47.94" E) in the east.
From Şilvanlar Cape to Antalya, it is a region of high mountains, small and generally south-facing bays of various sizes; after Antalya, the mountains transform into plains and beaches.
The snow on the mountain peaks adorns the summits well into the summer months.
The winds that blow gently from the mountains to the sea in the mornings turn to southerly and southwest in the later hours. In front of the mountains, capes, rocks, and rubble form.
In the region, it is beneficial to pass at a certain distance from the capes in open water.
The region forms deep seas up to the anchorage areas.
It is one of the hottest regions of Turkey. Especially in summer months, the felt temperature rises considerably due to the effect of humidity. Humidity in the region increases as you go east.
A current that makes itself seriously felt is observed in the coastal section of the region. The current, which is effective in the western direction, can reach 2-3 miles between Antalya and Kemer and shows itself clearly in our navigations.

They organize many activities. Yachtsmen who come to this region generally cannot detach themselves from the area.
This is a region where yacht tourism is intensively practiced. Inspections are very strict. There are quite a lot of shipyards and maintenance and repair workshops.
Antalya is a city with very important archaeological and historical treasures from the ancient Lydian and Pamphylian periods. Side, Perge, and Aspendos are archaeological sites worth visiting.
